THE MAGIC HAPPENS WHEN
you focus and be thankful FOR WHAT YOU HAVE

from your heart,

on a daily basis,

How?
Find 1 minute

in your daily schedule
it can be any minute

30 seconds

close your eyes, breath & relax

30 seconds

think of something you are grateful for

Thankful for something
from today
(great meeting, quality time with friend),
or general
(thankful for learning from my mistakes)

Anything you connect to

more about gratitude

Gratitude is amazing. It’s beautiful, hugely beneficial, and a real human superpower. Despite that, it’s not the hardest thing in the world to incorporate into your personality. Sure, developing any habit or skill takes effort, but gratitude is a surprisingly straightforward way to turn into a better, happier and stronger human being.

Gratitude will benefit you in so many different, wonderful ways that it’s really kind of amazing that more people aren’t striving for it, especially considering it’s never been easier to achieve.

Sure, we all like hearing about people of incredible intelligence, huge monetary success, or massive athletic achievement, but what about the guy who really gets and supports his wife and family? What about the successful businesswoman, who stays humble regardless? Gratitude is its own superpower.

It’s all about breaking away from yourself, and truly seeing your life for what it is, with no greed, aspiration or blinkers that you might otherwise have. Gratitude is like viewing the world with positive clarity, and can help you strengthen relationships in your life, as well as the way that you view yourself and your life.

People in your life will notice when you begin to truly see everything they do for you. When you really take stock, and notice when that person brings you a coffee, or stays up late to see you when you get in, you’ll become far more positive, and they’ll feel and see that.

Humans are communal creatures, we need each other and we’re always stronger together. While social media and the world might insist on individualism, really, the only true superpower that you can acquire today is the ability to truly and deeply connect with the people around you, and gratitude is key to that.

It’s not a hard skill or power to acquire either! It just takes a little consistency, and a little desire to improve. If you can get those two down, and start moving towards true gratitude, you will see huge improvements in your life. Sure, we’d all love to be able to fly, but in reality, gratitude is better in so many ways.
